The Arogya Foundation for the Disabled was born to support disabled people in Sri Lanka enables people with disabilities to improve their life skills. Founded three years ago, the Foundation continues to render their service all over the country and nearly 150 patients have been received necessary medical equipments such as crutches, walking sticks, wheel chairs, etc. The Foundation is a non-profit organization, founded by Rev Unapana Ariyadhamma Thero and registered in Sri Lanka in year 2008.

Donation at Nalandha Ramaya, Pathiragoda, Sri Lanka

Clothes, school stationeries and other needy items worth of LKR 12,000/- had donated to for the use of Mr. R.M.A Piyarathna and his family.Mr.R.M.A Piyarathna who was disabled in 2008 cause of spinal problem an accident happen in 2008.

The occasion held at at Nalanda Ramaya, Pathiragoda, Maharagama, Sri Lanka on 03/10/2009.

Donation were done by Mr.Thilak Sirilal in Welipara, Pathiragoda, Maharagama. Mrs. Udeni Kanchana, Mr. A.M Wijesuriya and with the help of the villagers and neighbors.

The Chief incumbent of Nalanda Ramaya Rev. Thalapathpitiye Punyaloka, Director General of the Foundation Rev. Unapana Ariyadhamma were present at the occation.
