U. K. Lasitha Demith Kaushalya 18 years old boy who is having neurological problem (spinal cord / brain) and bedridden from 12 years (26/02/1993) was received special medical bed. This was donated by Madam Sng Choon Eng, Mr. Goh Kim Hua and philanthropists in Singapore under the guidance of Most Ven Thalagala Sumanarathana Thero. The donation ceremony was held on 27th June 2011 at the Lasithas’ residence No 22/10 A, Gammana Road, 1st Lane, Maharagama, Sri Lanka. Director General of the Arogya Foundation for the Disabled Unapana Ariyadhamma Thero, President Prof Ariyapala Perera, Assistant Secretary Mr. P. A. Gunawardena, Treasurer Mr. Gamini Dahanayaka, Assistant Secretary Mr. Upali Jayarathna and Mr. Nihal Vithhanachchi were present at the occasion.
